Paying for FastForward
FastForward is one of the most affordable options for career training in Virginia. Our program is supported by the Commonwealth of Virginia, offsetting the price you pay from your own pocket.
The average out-of-pocket cost for FastForward training is $801, but as you can see from some of our graduates, some end up paying far less:

There are many funding sources that help reduce your training costs. If you have military experience, if you were formerly incarcerated, if you’re a single mother – there may be additional resources, and all you have to do is talk to your career coach to see if you qualify.
Thinking like a student
When people come through a FastForward training program, their instructors are more like mentors. Many are veterans of the field and have longstanding relationships with community partners and hiring managers. Our instructors don’t just memorize lesson plans – they’ve had a full career in the field they’re teaching. You’ll come to the classroom to learn from a book, but you’ll also be using your hands and learning new skills that will lead to an in-demand career.
