Switch gears to 2021 with a little goal setting and career planning. Here are a few tips to get you started.

What does goal setting mean?

Goal setting is a process of identifying what you want to accomplish and creating a plan to achieve those desired results. By setting goals regularly, you decide what you want to achieve and you can start taking little steps, one at a time, towards the achievement of those goals.

Why should you set goals?

Setting goals is beneficial for a lot of reasons. For starters, it gives you a plan. It allows you to have an idea of where you want to go, what you want to achieve and what you need to do along the way to make that happen.

How do you set realistic goals?

Dream big (but start small). Setting and managing realistic goals is crucial to your success.
